BNI has made it possible for me to get my products to people I do not know and might never have met. It has helped to learn to communicate more effectively who might be a good customer for me. This also makes a difference outside of BNI when I am out networking with others. I love working with a group of people who I can trust and whose services are easy to refer to my customers because they take good care of them. My customers appreciate that the guess work is taken out of where they want to go for a service or product.
